Active 20-30 Blood Drive

October 23, 2008 - The blood supply is way down this week. There are a number of people using blood at both hospitals and we have not been able to fill all of our appointments so our supply keeps dipping lower and lower. We are particularly low on A and O (both positive and negative). Call 484-9111 to donate.

As a club, we typically donate blood on the 20th and 30th of each month. It’s quick and easy and makes you feel great for having helped others. Simply indicate that you are donating on behalf of the 20-30 Club.

All blood types are needed. You need to be in good health, weigh at least 110 pounds, and not have donated in the last eight weeks.

The Lane Memorial Blood Bank is located at 2211 Willamette Street and can be reached at 484-9111. Save up to three lives by rolling up your sleeves and donating a pint of blood!
